AGM 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Pavilion on Wednesday 30th September 2020, commencing at 7.00pm. The agenda is below and the nomination sheet (copy also below) is located outside the Pavilion main bar. The bar will be open until the meeting starts and will close for the duration of the AGM. Since our numbers are limited by law, it is not certain that all who wich to attend will be able to do so in person as must be socially-distanced and in groups of no more than six. So it is essential that anyone who plans to attend in person emails Lesley Cheesewright LesleyCW1@hotmail.com before 5pm on Friday 25th September so that we may plan accordingly.
Key points are:
- The AGM will be facilitated in the pavilion and simultaneously broadcast via Zoom.
- Attendance in the pavilion is limited so places must be reserved in advance.
- Members who can’t join via Zoom will have priority seats.
- The remaining seats in the pavilion will then be allocated.
- If capacity is exceeded attendees will be chosen by “random draw”.
- If there are remaining spaces they will be advertised on a first come first served basis.
